Currency counts are in addition to EUR. SEPA and SWIFT allowances are per month. Each tier includes one multi-currency IBAN account; Enterprise includes two. All prices are in EUR, excluding VAT, and are billed annually in advance.

Foreign Exchange (FX)
The FX fee applies to conversions executed through COMO and is set by cumulative conversion volume across the subscription year, independently of the subscription tier.

KYB Onboarding
In addition to the KYB Onboarding standard fee, enhanced due diligence and/or additional checks may be required for high-risk clients or complex verification processes, incurring additional charges as outlined under 'Other Items'.

KYB Annual Review
In addition to the KYB Annual Review standard fee, enhanced due diligence and/or additional checks may be required for complex verification processes, incurring additional charges as outlined under 'Other Items'.
(i) up to 1.0% of the transaction value; or
(ii) the total fees based on the time spent, calculated at our applicable hourly rates as outlined under 'Other Items'.
Complex Transactions
For complex transactions, additional reviews may be required and will be charged at the higher of:

Jurisdiction Surcharge
Jurisdiction surcharges apply to foreign entities and to verifications of nominee or trust structures outside Luxembourg. Any additional due diligence beyond the standard onboarding process is billed at our standard hourly rate, starting with the first hour.
Other Items
Administrative services include, without limitation, enhanced due diligence processes and auditors’ requests. Account fees for the duration of a blocking period are charged after incorporation of the entity or on receipt of the deblocking certificate.
